Financial Policies Insurance: We gladly file all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients, however, insurance does not always cover all charges for services rendered. Office policy requires patients to make their estimated payments at the time of service.
Fees for services rendered are well within the norm for this area and represent appropriate charges for the quality of care received. Insurance companies do not base their payments on the fees of our office, but by a predetermined fee schedule set by the company. This is often below the true usual and customary fee. Insurance contracts are between the patient and the insurance company, not the dentist. We are not contracted with any insurance company, but we will try and help you maximize your benefits.
Please notify us of any changes in your insurance each time you visit us. We encourage you to bring your benefits booklet with you on your first visit so that we can help assist you understand your benefits. Please feel free to call our office if you have questions. Payment Options: We accept cash, personal checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, and debit cards. We also work with CareCredit for those patients who wish to make payments for larger services rendered.
